• The property is for short-term rental only. Guests must respect the property and its contents. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

• Guests must adhere to local laws and regulations. No illegal activities or excessive noise will be tolerated.

• Your information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. The hosts and Evol.Marketing have access to guest information for operational purposes.

• The Gull’s Nest is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund
• Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, including all fees.

2. Partial Refund
• Cancel by 3:00 PM, 7 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund on nightly rates. Service fees are non-refundable.

3. No Refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
